You may already have servers, software and IT infrastructure in place. In this instance we are able to access your system and data by RDP (remote desktop processing) to deliver our services. 

Alternatively, you may have elected for your accounts and or case/document management to be hosted off-site and again we can access this information in the same way that members of your organisation do for our service delivery.
